Little Parisienne Nursery BoardJun 12, 2014
You may remember how excited I've been to show you my latest nursery design, for Lexi of Glitter Inc, who's expecting her first baby next month? In the next few days, I'll go into a bit more detail about the evolution of the design concept and show you a few more style boards from the process. Next week, we share the shelf vignette, which I am MOST excited about, as it gives you a true feel of this glamorous little baby girl space. RESOURCE LIST And some closeups of the nursery board I am so in love with Yarningmade's Hand Knitted Blankets. Every time I lay eyes on this one, I remember Olivia's half knitted cable blanket in my closet. I just cannot bring myself to knit right now, perhaps I should invest in one of these. Jess Brown Dolls are so chic. They add instant glamour to any room. Please note that amazing bone inlay mirror above the dresser. It may not end up in the final room but it certainly looks lovely on the styleboard. Lexi ultimately went with the Gus glider above, though we initially considered the stationary arm chair below- the Spruce Street chair, from Serena and Lily. It is shown in Ecru Stonewashed Belgian Linen, with brass nailheads and dark walnut legs. So gorgeous, yet not entirely practical for a nursery.
